Just thought I would drop you an email to say that even after 2 weeks and 4 days of listening to this CD I have seen massive results!
- My obsession with food has gone. I look forward to meals but I don’t gaze into the bakery window anymore fantasising about eating the entire shop
- I eat lots more fruit now and actually see it as a treat rather than a ‘must get my 5 portions a day’ mindset
- My portions have reduced and on a few occasions I have left food on my plate (something I have never done – think mum threatening ‘eat all your dinner, think of all the starving children in Africa’ scenario
- I still eat lots, but lots of good stuff
Breakfast – bowl of cereal, 1 slice of toast with teaspoon of jam, peach, fresh orange juice and tea
Mid-morning snack – nuts and raisins
Lunch – small portion of last nights dinner or a ham, tomato and mustard sandwich, large orange
Afternoon snack – large apple
Dinner – anything homemade e.g. curry, spag bol, stir fry,
After dinner – cup of decaf tea
As you can see I am not skimping flavour during my meals and although this may seem a little generous this is a big reduction on what I was eating.
He he, I am in the middle of cooking and I actually burnt the bottom of the pan – my obsession for food has gone so much that I forgot I was cooking!!

"I guess I have always been quite sceptical of things that sound to good to be true and it was only through real desperation because of my ever advancing wedding that I tried the InnerTalk Weight Loss CD.
I was given the contraception injection about six months before my wedding and found me weight began to increase. My appetite had changed and I seemed to want to eat more and more. It seemed that's all I could think about. I couldn't get to grips with it and I was having nightmare visions of my wedding day, which was becoming ever closer. I decided to try the InnerTalk CD which my brother who is in the health industry told me about. I was very unsure at first but as it was a relatively cheap option, and required very little effort, I decided it couldn't really hurt to give it a go.
After a few days of listening for an hour or so to my CD my cravings vanished and I had a more positive feeling towards exercise. By the time my wedding day came my weight was perfect and I looked and felt great.
After the wedding and honeymoon was over I decided to try and give up smoking. I have tried to stop on many occasions but I have never succeeded. I think it was because I never truly wanted to stop. I now say no to cigarettes when offered almost on a daily basis and I get a real buzz from saying 'no thanks' I think I was successful because the CD's were easy to use with very little effort required from me. Most importantly I didn't have to consciously try to focus my willpower to stop smoking or stop eating large amounts. I didn't get bored as I have done with traditional weight loss or stop smoking methods, and for me the results were very quick."

My husband and I have a child that is ADHD/ODD and were virtually at the end of our rope about 6 weeks ago. We were just about willing to try anything to fix the problems we were having with him, when my husband came across your website. We discussed it and decided to order your Impulse Control and Respect & Good Manners CD's.
We received our CD's on Sunday, Oct. 24th and played Impulse Control for about 1/2 an hour before going to the grocery store. While at the store, something happened that had never happened before!!!! Our son.....stopped and thought about what it was he was asking for and then, of his own accord, decided that it was too expensive and put it back to look for something a bit less costly! (Wow...was that our son?)
A bit of background before I go on to the rest - We, as I'd stated above had been having severe trouble with our son....he had been kicked out of school or in ISS for most of the prior two months!! - Now on to the good stuff -
We continued to play Impulse Control everyday in the background throughout the entire house. (We told him it was the ocean and that we liked it because it reminded us of our honeymoon when he asked why we kept playing it!)
That Monday, and every day since, his teacher has had nothing but wonderful comments in his assignment book, he has turned in all his homework, and has even stopped arguing with us at home when we ask him to do things. He has even stopped lying to us when he does do something wrong. (mind you the things he does wrong are quite minor now!!)

I am a success story. I ran across an OZO tape way back in 1993. OZO CONFIDENCE tape# ISBN 1-55978-289-7. This tape changed my life! I'd tried other tapes etc. and nothing worked like this one.
I was a struggling comedian back then and I began listening to the tape a few times a week. the tape made me so confident that I became unstoppable! I went on to work the best clubs all over America. In 1997 I ended up in Hollywood where I became a television writer. I went on to become an award winning television comedy writer. I think the most useful elements of the program were the parts that said I deserved success.
Most recently I've become a T.V. Producer, selling and producing my very own show! The OZO tape made me believe whole-heartedly that I could do anything I wanted. And as it turns out that's what it takes to do just that....just believe it.

I purchased the Stress in Schools for my 3 year old who was going through astage of her hating her nursery which is attached to her Pre-Pre School. I began to dread the journey and her crying 'i don't want to go to school mummy' especially as i realised that i would have that journey to that school until she was 13. I promised I would email you. You recall you sent me a healing CD recently? Well I would like to tell you what happened.
You were aware I broke my leg and being 'ancient' (well the consultant seems to think I am) there was some concern over the healing. It was rather a nasty break and it was thought that pinning was the best answer. I resisted this and got your CD instead. That was two weeks ago. Since then the tape has not been off - twenty four hours a day it has played. I recently went back to see the consultant and he seemed somewhat puzzled and queried when I broke the leg. I told him and he checked the date of the X-rays. He remained somewhat puzzled so I was sent for a further X-ray.
When I got back to see the consultant I asked to see both the first and the latest X-ray. The break is healed. I am not saying it is healed enough to stand on but the break is clearly healed. This was a bad break and the consultant is somewhat puzzled at the speed of healing - well considering I am 'ancient'.
I am not at all puzzled. I attribute this healing to the CD and would like to thank you for your help. As you know I have purchased other CD's from you and I look forward to similar success with them.

I'll give you a broader picture as to my incredible experience.
I've had the Innertalk Bodybuilding tape since December 2000 along with a couple of others but i only started using the Bodybuilding tape alone, consistently from sometime in the begining of October. My workouts have been more intense and focused in terms of both the cardiovascular aspect and the strength training. All this has translated into a better body, in terms of mass and definition. I just wanted to give you some feedback relative to your "Quantum Younging" work, I know we volunteered to be part of the program but I just haven't had a chance to have photographs done, and then I completely forgot about it, I am really sorry. On a positive note I have a few customers who have subscribed directly to your newsletter, and in February and March I got together with them, and the main issue of discussion was the physical changes I have experienced using the InnerTalk programs. I was even bold enough to bring out the wedding photographs and show them. We made some notes and even I was amazed at the physical changes I have experienced, and thought I would share my discoveries with you.
I have been using the Ultra Success Power and Ending Self Destructive Patterns CD's extensively in the last 18 months and the results for me have been wonderful.
1. I have had gray hair since I was 27 - I am now 34, and I haven't had any gray hair for 12 months.
2. My weight has always been erratic, bouncing between 48 and 58 kg's (105.6 and 127.6 pounds) which makes me about 5 to 10 kg's underweight. I have maintained my weight at 62 kg's for 12 months.
3. I had an accident which left scaring on my right eye down the right side of my face when I was 17, and the scar color has noticeably faded for the last 12 months, so much so that the marks are barely noticeable.
4. I have no wrinkles left on my face at all. Wrinkle Free...;o)
5. This is the most measurable improvement, my bra size has increased by two sizes.
6. I used to suffer from migraines and was taking about 8 painkillers a day, I haven't had a migraine for more than 12 months, that might not be a physical change, but the migraines where a result of eye strain due to the intensity of the graphic work I did, I can focus for much longer periods of time now.
I am definitely healthier, stronger and much more relaxed. Just wanted to let you have some feedback on my physical improvements and experiences with the products.

Up from Depression.
My brother committed suicide about 18 months ago and my mom has really been battling with depression ever since then. I got her the Up from Depression CD and they listen to it every morning while doing their chores around the house. It is quite amazing how much happier she is these days. I don't think you ever get over the death of your child, but in the circumstances I think she is doing really well. The music is very soothing and sometimes my dad plays it for her while she has her afternoon nap!
Last year my son failed higher grade Science, Maths and Geography in Std 8. I bought him the Accelerated Learning tape and after the first term of Std nine, his marks improved dramatically. For Science he achieved 69%, and Maths 62%, both at higher grade.
I have lost 8kgs in 4 months with the Weight Loss Now CD and Power Imaging Tape.
I think all the products are wonderful and I have about 9 CD's that I rotate all day at work. What a pleasure to have pleasant music playing in the background and all those incredibly powerful affirmations being absorbed by the sub-conscious mind all day!

I am a success story. I ran across an OZO tape way back in 1993. OZO CONFIDENCE tape# ISBN 1-55978-289-7. This tape changed my life! I'd tried other tapes etc. and nothing worked like this one.

You recall you sent me a healing CD recently? Well I would like to tell you what happened.
You were aware I broke my leg and being 'ancient' (well the consultant seems to think I am) there was some concern over the healing. It was rather a nasty break and it was thought that pinning was the best answer. I resisted this and got your CD instead. That was two weeks ago. Since then the tape has not been off - twenty four hours a day it has played. I recently went back to see the consultant and he seemed somewhat puzzled and queried when I broke the leg. I told him and he checked the date of the X-rays. He remained somewhat puzzled so I was sent for a further X-ray.
When I got back to see the consultant I asked to see both the first and the latest X-ray. The break is healed. I am not saying it is healed enough to stand on but the break is clearly healed. This was a bad break and the consultant is somewhat puzzled at the speed of healing - well considering I am 'ancient'.
I am not at all puzzled. I attribute this healing to the CD and would like to thank you for your help. As you know I have purchased other CD's from you and I look forward to similar success with them.

I received my order on Thursday 7/7/05. I watched the Inspirations: The I am presence video and listened to all the CDs. The next day I went to work (as a Nurse) for a 12 hour shift. On Saturday I felt unusually inspired and had a clear AHA! moment about the creating and direction of my life. Hi, i'm 20yo and I've been using innertalk programs for about 6 years. The first program I used was "Awakended Dreaming". This programs is made to bring awareness to the dreamer that he/she is dreaming which is called Lucid Dreaming. I had my first lucid dream after about 2 1/2 weeks of listening to the program..now keep in mind that Lucid Dreaming is a very tough skill..taking some years to master. To date i've had too many lucid dreams to count..4 in one night at times! Innertalks programs definently work. Hope all is well I have decided to leave the order until next year, you see I started using innertalk titles last august 2004, I wanted money to find a health cure, I started to get otherinnertalk titles and had various successes, then in the new year I got out of my overdraft and raised my welfare by nearly 51%. I still had this debt hanging over me for failed health cures, I never researched them or costed I just went with what I was told and the ignorance has costed me!! Still I decided to use the stress, depression, self esteem titles while still working on my money, then I was led to innertalk.com where I saw titles I wished to purchase, then I saw the tapes!! I thought great i could get rid of the part of my illness which is embarassing the swearing and the rude words these thought disorders are part of my illness. The doctors at the hsopital has seen great improvements in my conditions, since i started using inner talk, especailly as they admitted that because i was left undiagnosed and untreated for over 27years, I may never heal!!!They say you should catch mental illness within the first 5

unusual happened to me. I found a $2.00 Canadian coint ( a toonie ) in my towel after working out and pulling it out of my locker at my gym. It was strange, because I remember rolling up my towel at home and putting it in my gym back. I swear there was no money that had fallen into my bag or my towel. I've owned the Awaken the Genius CD for years but never listened to it for the entire 30 days. Such a simple requirement, but still, I never found the time. I always thought I had what it takes to be successful, happy, and productive. However, as life progressed; as events came and went; as lost opportunities and disappointments intensified; as parents left this world; as friends came and went, I arrived at a place in my life where I began to question everything. Mindedness to seek some dramatic changes for the better in my life. I really don't know what is up what these tapes. Today is day 11. Since day 1 I have played the cd with ocean surf for atleast 1 hour out of the day and most nights played it while I've been sleeping. I wonder what day 30 is going to be like! My attitude-my outlook on life is so wonderful right now. I feel like I'm a very special person. I feel that things can and will be taken care of. I also have this omnipotent feeling of myself like I can go out there and win the lottery if I really wanted to, but through all of this I have still graciously maintained my humility. I really believe in InnerTalk.
I will be a customer for a long time and look forward to enjoying the other cds that I plan to purchase in the future. What is really up with the cds? I want to attribute this feeling to wanting to feel like this or making myself feel like this, but it's really not. I believe the cd has a lot to enabling to behave in this manner. Hi i just LOVE your tapes! i have a weight probem that i will

The first CD I purchased from you was "Clear-Skin." At the time of purchasing the CD from you I had clear skin, because I had developed a special diet afte years of research which cleared skin... I kind of bought the CD for a laugh. I didn't believe anything would destroy acne other than my "special diet" that had already proven itself to deliver the goods.
To my shock & horror, the CD is more powerful than my diet... and it turns out my diet only works if you believe it does.... can you imagine?
Put it this way, in my food philosophy there are foods that will definitely cause acne & foods that won't. This is the test that I did. I started eating all of the "acne-foods" instead of the nons, while using the CD. I did this for months. I was getting so pissed off because I couldn't get the acne no matter how much acne food I ate. I was in a state of shock.
Then, I switched the diet to non-acne food, and tried to visualize acne & that I had it, & I put the CD away. Within 2 weeks I had acne. My special "flawless" diet, consisting of ABOLUTE PURE RAW FOOD with balanced sugar levels, alkaline/acid balance, HDL proteins only, cold pressed lignans & a special sebumproduction lowering technique also developed by me. To my absolute dismay, the seemingly most perfect diet ever created by anyone in the history of the universe, has been trumped by your bloody CD that hardly anyone even knows about... what is going on? ...
Ok well, at least I've told you your CD kicks ass. Thank Mr. Eldon for me. He's top geezer--if I could give him something of the same value as what he's given me I would--but that would be very difficult.

Subject: Impulse Control!
My husband and I have a child that is ADHD/ODD and were virtually at the end of our rope about 6 weeks ago. We were just about willing to try anything to fix the problems we were having with him, when my husband came across your website. We discussed it and decided to order your Impulse Control and Respect & Good Manners CD's.
We received our CD's on Sunday, Oct. 24th and played Impulse Control for about 1/2 an hour before going to the grocery store. While at the store, something happened that had never happened before!!!! Our son.....stopped and thought about what it was he was asking for and then, of his own accord, decided that it was too expensive and put it back to look for something a bit less costly! (Wow...was that our son?)
A bit of background before I go on to the rest - We, as I'd stated above had been having severe trouble with our son....he had been kicked out of school or in ISS for most of the prior two months!! - Now on to the good
stuff -
We continued to play Impulse Control everyday in the background
throughout the entire house. (We told him it was the ocean and that we liked it because it reminded us of our honeymoon when he asked why we kept playing it!)
That Monday, and every day since, his teacher has had nothing but
wonderful comments in his assignment book, he has turned in all his
homework, and has even stopped arguing with us at home when we ask him to do things. He has even stopped lying to us when he does do something wrong. (mind you the things he does wrong are quite minor now!!)
We just thought that we should write to you and let you know what a
difference it has made! We are very impressed and will most likely be
purchasing many more of your CD's in the future!! (some for us I think
hehe)
